As you enter the grounds, you’ll notice the ingenious placement of Hamilton Village Apartment’s uniquely designed building, so situated on our lovely 16 acres of garden grounds as to provide a density of only 10 families per acre.

Each unit is set at an opposing angle to its neighbor, providing a high degree of privacy. Parking areas are conveniently close, yet screened from view, lending a distrinctive, uncluttered look to the surroundings.

Your living room will be gracious, light and room, designed with enough wall space to provide dramatic settings for you loveliest furnishings.

Eat-in kitchens, of course, are the last word in convenience and that word is “Bravo!” With more than enough room for a comfortable table and chairs, your windowed kitchen is equipped with lustrous coppertone automatic refrigerator-freezer by General Electric. There’s also a matching gas range by General Electric. The separate, formal dining rooms are airy, spacious, all have windows.
